Putin's win is a hollow victory for a Russian free press

Guardian :: In the 12 years since Vladimir Putin has been in power, many journalists, including Anna Politkovskaya, and Khadzhimurad Kamalov, founder of the Dagestan weekly newspaper Chernovik have been killed – now, with a new term ahead, how many more will die?
