Downing Street orders ministers to curb Leveson inquiry comments

Guardian :: Downing Street has ordered ministers to refrain from commenting in detail about the Leveson inquiry after deciding that a "running commentary" would be "unhelpful". The prime minister's spokeswoman said ministers would await the outcome of the report after Lord Justice Leveson complained to the cabinet secretary, Sir Jeremy Heywood, following an intervention by Michael Gove.
