Poynter :: Earlier this month the fired staff of GOOD magazine announced it would start a magazine called “Tomorrow.” Monday at around noon, the magazine’s editors asked for donations to fund the first issue on the website Kickstarter. Two-and-a-half hours later, they were more than halfway at goal. By 5 p.m., they had more than $15,000 in pledges from 516 donots.
