Combating censorship in China possible? Free Weibo lets you search Sina Weibo uncensored

My answer is "no". I doubt that this backdoor will be accessible for a long time. For now it might help journalists to bypass Sina Weibo's censorship rules of certain search terms and phrases.

Tech in Asia Free Weibo is a new site that uses Sina Weibo’s own data and data from Weiboscope (which collects blocked and deleted weibo posts) to allow users to search for search terms that are blocked on the Sina Weibo site.
